Pricing and Refund Policy

Yantratmika Solutions ("Yantratmika") believes in transparent, fair, and
client-centric pricing for all our IT consulting and software services.
1. Pricing
- All prices, rates, and payment terms will be outlined in a written proposal, contract, or statement of work agreed by both parties.
- Pricing may be on a fixed-fee, milestone, or hourly basis as mutually agreed.
- Any applicable taxes or government levies will be charged in addition to service fees.
2. Payment Terms
- Invoices must be paid as per the terms specified in your contract or proposal (typically within 15 or 30 days of receipt).
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee or interest as specified in your agreement.
- Yantratmika reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.
3. Refund Policy
- As our work is custom and project-based, refunds are generally not provided once a milestone or deliverable has been approved by the client.
- If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving a deliverable. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
- If a project is cancelled by mutual agreement before any deliverables are provided, a partial refund may be issued for any unearned portion of prepaid fees, minus any work already performed.
- No refunds are available for completed milestones, digital downloads, or time-based consulting that has already been delivered.
4. Changes to Pricing or Policy
Yantratmika reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will not affect ongoing projects with agreed contracts unless mutually modified in writing.
